Timothy's Story
Life
Since Huntington, it has been a roller coaster ride! Went to LaTech for a year, then went into Uncle Sugars Flying Circus (USAF) where I met my wonderful wife, Barb. Spent about 8 yrs total in the miliary and now we live in a small town about 45 minutes southeast of St Louis called Red Bud. We have 2 children, 18 and 11, both girls. Nearly 3 1/2 years ago (November, 2001), our oldest daughter, Ruth, was involved in an auto accident and we lost her. She was 17 at the time, and because of that we had a spiritual reawakening. God is great and moves in mysterious ways...Expand for more

Because of that life altering event, I have gotten off my butt and returned to college where, with LOTS of God's help, I attained Bachelors degree of Science in Electronics System Technology with a specialization in management at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale in May of 2005 (yepper...I graduated, whooohooo!) At present, I am a control and instrumentation technician for Dynegy Midwest Generation at Baldwin Energy Complex, a very large power generation facility in Baldwin, Illinois and have been there for nearly 9 years.
