his MBA degree in Global Management (International Business) at the University of Phoenix in 2005. He is also an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, Society of Manufacturing Engineers- Certified Manufacturing Engineer, Competent Toastmaster, and past chairman of the Tucson Old Pueblo Chapter of the American Society of Quality. Tim has been with Raytheon for the past 10 years - starting as Quality Manager on the Japan Sparrow Missile Program (Raytheon Missiles) and moving to Quality Manager of Airborne Early Warning Systems, and his recent assignment as Materials Quality Manager at Raytheon SAS in Dallas, Texas. Tim retired from Raytheon SAS on August 7,2010. He is currently involved in a start up venture (TRF Consulting) as a consultant for supply chain quality, and operations. He is happliy married to his wife of 31 yearsâ Janet, a Raytheon Human Resources Consultant in Tucson, Arizona.
He is also the proud father of Julie Foran, a graduate of Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington , currently studying for her Masters at Seattle University. His hobbies include fishing, home and auto repairs, motorcycles, studying Japanese, singing karaoke and romancing his wife.".
