Life
Hi all, Well long time short story. after graduation went to the US Navy Uss Ticonderoga HT2 SW (84-89), then to Denver to remove Asbestos (89-91), then Federal Bureau of Prisons, Senior Officer (91-93), Colorado Dept of Corrections (93-95), quit job sold house traveled to Australia and New Zealand and backpacked around for 6 months,worked Cotters Uranium mill, SX operator 96, worked Black Hawk Colorado custodian Gilpin high school while trying to get hired at Black Hawk fire dept 97-Aug 98, Hired by ANTARCTIC Fire Dept,fire fighter- oct 98-feb 99, Engineer feb99...Expand for more
- nov99, Engineer Jan00-Oct00, LT Oct00-Feb01, Travel around world from Feb 01-Jun01, McMurdo Station Antarctica Feb02 as LT of the winter-over A Shift 2002. Winter-over 2003 as utility technician. Winter-over 2004 as utility technician. this is my 5th Winter-over..and probably my last. Well Heading back South for my 6th Winter got promoted to maintenance specilist. hopefull I will be back in time for the Reunion. Well no Reunion as yet. Spent a full yr on ice again, 68 months on ICE total so far. Moved to TX to help my Sister. Working For Tx dept of criminal justice.
