Hi everyone , It sure has been a long and exciting walk through life after the school years. I wasn't one of the more popular guy's but I was for the most part happy with where I was and for the friends I did have, towards the end of my school years I was an ainctious young man itching to be on my owne, and that is pretty much what happend. I left Lake Charles in april 1975 at the close of Viet Nam and served in the U.S.Navy on evac. missions for the south v.n.people for 18 months,after that tour was over the USS parsons, a guided missel distroyer ,where I was stationed, went on what they call West Pack. A tour of many countries It was quite a great experience. to say the least I saw an eye full. and really made me thankfull to be from and to be going back home to the great USA. in 1979 I moved to Anchorage Alaska and was a resident there for 10 years another great experience . was married there to a Grate Young lady, Miss Beth ANN (Bunny) Selders, who became MRS. Beth Ann Bunny Harless ,originally from pennsylvania but came to alaska to meet and marry her true love,and did,she was the best thing that ever happend to me, and with a lot of stupidity and brain malfunction we were divorced almost a year later, and I was devistated . not long after that I suffered a stroke and was hospitalized for 5 days and then sent home to mill around in my whoes, the doctors said that I would never walk again without assistance or speak right again but they didn't know me very well ,after 6 long months of self concentrated theropy I was back on my feet and doing well , I have since recovered compleatly except for one thing and that is I still was without my Bunny,still to this day she is the best thing that ever happend to me...Expand for more
