Life
London-Central American HS grades 7-9. George C Marshall American HS, Ankara, Turkey grades 10-12. Under grad - University of Denver (Go DU Hockey!)
Worked as a reporter for a while, then made a big change - came to LA for all the typical reasons - had a few survival jobs, then broke in as a screenwriter. I've had a long career as a writer-producer. Most recent producer effort - the first documentary about growing up military - "BRATS...Expand for more
: Our Journey Home."
I've taught screenwriting at UCLA Extension; the American Film Institute's extension equivilent (early 90s); spoken at colleges around the country for the Writers Guild Visiting Writers Program and was fortunate to visit 64 cities promoting and showing the military brats film.
I've been married, but now I'm single and live in West Los Angeles.
