Timothy Johnson:  

Biography – Timothy L. Johnson, PhD. (President, Johnson Dependability Services, LLC) Having been raised in Madison, Wisconsin, Dr. Johnson received Bachelor of Science Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics in 1969, and then a PhD. in Electrical Engineering (Feedback Controls) in 1972 all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He joined the MIT Faculty as Assistant and Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering, and performed research on feedback control of continuum electromechanical and electromagnetic systems, robotics, and man-machine systems in that capacity from 1972-1980. From 1980-1984, he served as a Senior Scientist at Bolt, Beranek and Newman (BBN, Inc.) in Cambridge, while continuing applied work in man-machine systems, robotics, automated manufacturing and discrete controls.
