Tina's Story
Life
Well, where to start?? I got married in Dec after graduating to Richard Rogers (Cooper). Rich joined the Army and we traveled extensively in the US, Korea and Germany. We were married one day shy of 19 years, our divorce was final on Dec 12 this year. We were separated for over 2 years.
On Jan 7, 2005, I met a wonderful man and we have been together ever since. We were married this past Oct 8 at Ft. Macon. It was a beautiful day and a beautiful wedding with my daughter being my maid of honor and my oldest son walking me down the isle (boardwalk).
After moving back to Beaufort, I got my Brokers license and began working in Newport. The real estate really wasn't for me so I now work at a local Veterinary Hospital as a Vet Tech and I LOVE it! Been there almost a year now an...Expand for more
d I have to say it is the only job I have ever had that I truly look forward to going to every day! Joe is now a retired Marine once stationed out of Cherry Point and searching for his next career. He will be going to school sometime after the new year.
I have 3 beautiful children, Alicia 19, who is in the Army! Nik is 13 and Josh is 9. And Joe has 4 beautiful children of his own, 2 boys and 2 girls. So we have surpassed the Brady Bunch! LOL We're more like 7th Heaven!! ;o)
We have 2 dogs, a 140 lb. Bull Mastif named Harley, and our newest addition a 6 month old Blue Tick Hound. We have two beautiful siamese cats named Tequila and Monkey, and a saltwater gallon fish tank. A ZOO to say the least!
