After 16 years of working as a paralegal in the Baton Rouge area, I have taken the plunge into self-employment as a Legal Recruiter/Staffing Agent. It has been many years since I have worked in the New Orleans market and I feel like I returning home, full circle. At my age now, it is a bit like speeding downhill and meeting myself coming! Kenny Ripoll and I divorced in 1991 and I raised our two children, a son, now 24 years old, in medical school in Missouri (who also has a son, 2 years old) and a daughter, 20 years old, who will be attending SLU in Jan.

busy, one of which is showing Australian Shepherds in AKC sanctioned shows. I have been showing for roughly 7 years now. I got into it when my daughter was a teenager. She was a Jr. Handler and after she grew out of it, I kept it up and just recently finished my 2nd AKC champion who I will be breeding this year. I am also on a dart league. (Who knew I could throw a dart???!! A talent I realized I had late in life..lol)
I have been living in Livingston Parish since right after graduation. It is quiet here, small town living. I even have chickens!! Uh, I may be suffering from empty nest syndrome...hmmm.
