Tina's Story
I lived on Scott Lane with my parents BD and Mary Ann Carmichael. My dad was known throughout the area as the scout master of the Brookside Troop 404 and my mom was "Mom" to everyone and worked in the school cafeteria. My parents were very active working with youth organizations over the years, besides the scout troop they worked with us as leaders in the 4-H club, and the Masonic youth organizations, DeMolay Boys and Rainbow Girls. orced in 1981, but remained devoted to each other until he was killed in an automobile accident in 1985. I married a younger man, Tim Russell in 1989. Tim is nine years younger than I am but the only time we seem to have a problem with that is when we discuss the past. He likes to point out that when we had our Sr. Prom, he was in the 3rd grade. We had a son, Tim Jr. "TJ" in 1990. TJ will graduate from Pearland High in 2008. Mary is also doing very well, she married Kevin Wilson in 2001 and will graduate from nursing school as an RN in May, 2008. I stil live in Pearland, Tim and I are renovating the home that Gordon and I bought in 1981.
