Tina's Story
Life
On a cold, windy day in February of 1984, I came to southern California to visit Lenny Schaustal. I loved the 90 plus degree weather that I just had to move here. Since I've been here over 20 years now, I've achieved my dream of becoming a Marine Biologist, graduating from Cal State University in Long Beach.
I worked in research for three years and got burned out. So.....I b...Expand for more
ecame a teacher. Currently I teach science at an elementary school four miles from my house. I love it! I also obtained my Masters degree in Education in 2004.
My partner and I had a son in March of 2006 and he is they joy of our lives! His name is Kaden and is just adorable....okay I'm biased! We are also now pregnant with our second child who is due to be born on Dec. 14, 2008!
