Tina's Story
Life
Ouch, where do I start. Well, I have 2 kids, TARA, who is 16,
VINCENT who is 13, and my stepson ZACHARY, who is 8. I've been
married for almost 5 years to my second hubby, who I adore, but who can be a PITA ( PAIN IN THE ARSE). We recently moved
from PHILA to GA & are loving the weather, while all you
people in the NORTH are enjoying the snow & ice. We have 1
dog named BO, male, bluetick/coonhound mix, don't ask, I have
no idea, but I know he is a mama's boy.Tara is a good kid, who is sweet, funny & very good hearted, with eh, ok grades,
but she does try. She would like to be a pediatrican or a teacher.
Vince is my lil EINSTEIN as I like to call him. Very comical, with tons of friends & a great personality and has to dress in the best there is. He wants to play high school football, then go to PENN STATE & play football, and hopefully get drafted by the NFL, unfortunately, he does knot want to play for the PHILA EAGLES, especially since they lost the SUPERBOWL game Sunday. Zach is a good kid as well. Gets good grades, but has been diagnosed with autisim spectrum disorder & OCD ( something compulsive disorder). We are taking one day at a time with him. Hubby is a hard worker, he is a
supervisor at the UPS warehouse in Waycross, GA. Dire hard
EAGLES, * FLYERS fan, and very upset the Flyers are not playing this year. I am still working for the same company I was before we moved, except everything is now done by fax and or computer, they can't get rid of me, they would be lost if they did!!!! Funny story about work---- we received a search
from one of our customers, seems their customer, who lives in PHILADELPHIA, sooooooooo wan...Expand for more
ted to go to JACKSONVILLE FLA for the superbowl game, he was taking a 2nd mortgage out on his home to pay for his trip. Still wondering if he was approved for the loan! LOL My office manager recently passed away.
January 10th, 05. Between 99-00 he lost both his legs due to diabetes, and just seemed to go downhill from there. Over the xmas holiday, he went into a coma, and there was no brain activity at all, so he was removed from the ventilator :(
Very sad :( Guess I blabbed enough. The End.
Workplace
Ahhhh. I love my job. We do title/property searches for banks and financial lendings companies, such as First Union Bank-- our biggest customer, American General Finance, PNC Bank. You get the idea right? We also record mortgages and
deeds, do will, judgement & lien , & bankruptcy searches.
Can be very boring, then again, it can be very hectic.
And believe it or not, I do all my work right from home.
Yes that's right folks, I have that luxury. I do all what I am suppose to do right on the ole trusted pc. I can tap into City Hall's website, and tada, I have all the info I need. Of course, this is all legal. I have been employed with this company since 1998. We actually closed the office up in 2003. My boss was re diagnosed with Lymphonia Cancer. And between the meds, chemo, * bone marrow, if was too hard for him to travel back & forth to the office, home and the hospital. So as a family, we all decided closing up and doing everything from home would be great. And yes, it has been. We all very happy with the way this has worked out.
Right now we are down to about 6 employees, and I am the only SPOILED female :) Gotta love those perks :)
