Tina's Story
After HS, I continued working as a surgical assistant for an oral surgeon while I also worked part time as a radiology transcriptionist at MVH until I gave birth to my first child in 1979. Gave birth to two more great kids by 1984. I worked part time at home when kids were small as a staff coordinator for a home care agency. I have a certificate in Human Services from Sinclair; a few years ago I planned to finish up the few classes I needed to get the associate's degree & discovered that degree program was terminated awhile back. Oh, well.

ch I dearly loved doing. I fostered over 50 kids ages birth thru 5, most of whom had medical problems or disabilities and/or developmental delays. I quit fostering after I adopted two of my foster daughters, who are now ages 12 & 13. I have worked part time in customer service for Victoria Secret Direct in Kettering since '95.
I am a two-time cancer survivor - which gives a person a whole different perspective and appreciation of life - and am very active with Kettering Relay for Life and other American Cancer Society activities in the Dayton Area.
So the accomplishments I am most proud of and enjoy doing most are not what I get paid to do!
