Tip Brown:  

I was the tall, skinny gal who thought school was party time. Regrettably, I didn't take it very seriously. But I had lots of friends and I think my car "The Beetle" was probably remembered more than I was. I married in Dec. of '57 to one of those Army guys; we were stationed in France for 3 1/2 years where both my daughters, April and Melinda, were born. We came back in '61 and moved to Florida where my son, Tommy, was born in '63. My marriage ended in '68. I left Florida and moved to Okla. City. I worked two jobs to make ends meet: I was editor of "Key to Oklahoma City This Week" in the day time and sang jazz and blues in the finer supper clubs at night.
