Tisha's Story
Life
I have 2 beautiful children, who are the world to me. Christina, who is 29, is a math teacher at a local middle school and pursuing her Masters. My son Chet, is 24 and recently graduated college and is also pursuing his Masters. I am proud of my children and love them to pieces.
I have an 8 year old grandson, Gavin, who is the love of my life. Being a mom and grandmother is my calling in life. Without them, I am nothing.
School
As most know, I was a difficult person in school. If I ever hurt you, I am sorry. I am no longer that person. I love life and I really wasn't the person most seen. I was just a depressed and awkward person underneath.

est to me so we walked back and forth. If I wasn't at her house, she was at mine. Missy and I got into a lot of fun trouble together. Like when we got caught sneaking into the movie theater. My regrets are plenty. My senior year was especially hard for me. Having God and my kids has changed my life.
College
College was great. I studied psychology for 2 years and decided to major in Nursing. My family jokes that it took me 6 years of college to get my degree.
Workplace
I am currently a registered nurse working as a Care Manager for Passport through the Ohio Dept of Medicaid. I manage a caseload of individuals and manage the agencies they employ for services, to ultimately keep them in their home when under other circumstances, they would be placed in a nursing facility. I love my job and love caring for the elderly and disabled.
