Todd's Story
Life
After high school, I graduated from DeVry Inst of Tech in Atlanta, GA with a BSEET degree 1984 (with honors) I worked in San Jose, CA for about 2 years for Sentry Schlumberger (Fairchild Test Systems). I then went back to FL and got a job at Chip Supply in Orlando, where I worked for 13 years. 1986-1999. (Semiconductor Test Engineer) I got married in 1997 to Jenny Walls (originally from Lakeland class of 81) and we now have two children, Taylor (girl,March 1998) and Troy (boy,June 2000). We moved to Plano, TX for a job opportunity in 1999. I worked for LTX Corp for 8 yrs as an Applications Engineer servicing Texas Instruments. (1999-2007) We moved to Mckinney, TX in 2006 thinking the opportunities to move back to Florida were limited. do in 2008 and we moved again. We have a house, 2 cars, 2 kids , and 2 cats which should put me right in the "typical family category". Along the way I have managed to : sky dive, scuba dive, hang glide, water ski, snow ski, race at the Charlotte motor speedway, bowl a 752 series, Golf a 71, make a Hole in One, see Europe, Hawaii, Mexico, Korea, the Philippines, the Bahamas and the Virgin Islands. College
Eric Robinson, Greg Phillips and I went to DeVry. We roomed together for the first year or so. We had lots of good times and met new lifelong friends. Eric and I still keep in touch. DeVry was not the typical University experience, since they had no organized althletic programs. It was an Engineering school with very few women. We still managed to have fun along the way.
