Jessica's Story

I actually left Rampart early (1995) because I was...gasp...pregnant. Incidentally, it worked out well for me because I had a beautiful daughter, Delaney, who inspired me to go back to school and become a midwife. I married my husband Todd in 1999 and we have a son named Devan who was born in 2001....Expand for more
I finished college with a Doctorate in 2005, and I deliver babies fulltime. It's great work, but the hours are unpredicatable! I hope to serve as an example someday to young girls who find themselves pregnant and alone that life will not give up on you...and you can still reach for your dreams!
