Todd's Story
Todd is from North Portland, Oregon. He is married with Katherine Lynn Anderson. His schools include Tigard High School. He later attended Portland Community College (Sociology). He works(ed) at Clan Donald USA (Oregon) NPR, Self Employed (Business).
Todd's interests include Athena Caledonian Games, U.S. Constitution, Scottish National Party. Music he likes includes Gibson, The Charlie Daniels Band, Black Label Australia. stern democracies".[30] Thomas I. Emerson expanded on this defense when he argued that freedom of speech helps to provide a balance between stability and change. Freedom of speech acts as a "safety valve" to let off steam when people might otherwise be bent on revolution. He argues that "The principle of open discussion is a method of achieving a moral adaptable and at the same time more stable community, of maintaining the precarious balance between healthy cleavage and necessary consensus." Emerson furthermore maintains that "Opposition serves a vital social function in offsetting or ameliorating (the) normal process of bureaucratic decay."[31]

What's more, the scribe who later penned our Constitution also noted, "[T]he advantage of being armed, which the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation ... forms a barrier against the enterprises of ambition, more insurmountable than any which a simple government of any form can admit of."
