Jonathan's Story
I'm pleased and suprised at how many of you I remember.After 25 years in the Navy(flew A-6 Intruders and the "Queer-6",the EA-6B and commanded squadron VAQ-131 during Gulf War 1),I went into hospital administration in Orange County,Calif.I married an unbelievably cute RN in 1973,and we are still married and have 3 kids.I've never forgotten my high school girlfriend(Jana Jenkins)and I consider Lompoc to be my hometown-although I only spent 8 years there! ia.I was deployed aboard the USS Enterprise,USS Ranger,USS Carl Vinson,and forward deployed at Sheikh Isa Air Base in Bahrain(Operation Desert Storm & Operation Desert Fox).I was recalled to active duty after 9/11,but served at NAS Fallon as a strike planner.I am active in the Porsche Club of America,and the Mercedes-Benz Club.My oldest daughter is an actresss in Hollywood whose stage name is Jenna Rains.My son works in Texas in oil-drilling,and my other daughter is studying to be a Geologist.I really & finally retired in 2009...but I don't play golf!!
