Toki Endo:  

Graduated from the University of Maryland. Entered the Air Force and was commissioned as a 2nd Lt via Officers Training School. Assigned to Basic Navigation School James Connally AFB near Waco, TX. Was the sent to Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO) training at Mather AFB near Sacramento. Assigned as a B-52 EWO in 1963. Went through B-52 Combat Crew training at Roswell AFB, NM. Assigned to Strategic Air Command (SAC) at Columbus AFB, Miss. Began Southeast Asia temporary B-52 duty in 1965. Would spend 180 days in SEA flying conventional bombing missions and then return to U.S. for nuclear alert duty and training missions for the remaining 180 days. Survived a mid-air collision between two B-52s during a bomb run in 1967. Survived with minor injuries and returned to flying status 100 days later.
