Tom's Story

Life How time flies - we never trusted anyone over 40 and now 40 years after graduation is just around the corner. If I'd known I'd live this long I might've taken better care of myself. I was transferred to Texas in '75 and have been held prisoner of war ever since. I was a Branch Manager for Motion Industries for 10 years, owned my own company for 12 years, sold plastic bearings and power transmission equipment for 5 years and am currently Sr. Sales Representative for NTN Bearing Corp. selling bearings to OEM and aftermarket accounts. I have two sons who have developed into two terrific adults. The oldest has blessed me with a grandson and granddaughter - great fun - fill them with sweets, play wit...Expand for more
h them ‘til they're hyper and send them home. Neither has a police record and both have good jobs - what more could you ask for? One's a great father and the other is a great uncle and I'm proud of both (as you can tell). I divorced after 25 years and remarried 5 years ago so I also have 2 stepsons (also great kids). All are grown and gone. I still enjoy hunting, fishing and golf and fortunately, Texas offers some of the best of all. Unfortunately, we bought a new house last fall which has interfered with those activities but I'm getting caught up -you need a bigger house after the kids are gone - right? I'd love to hear from any of the old "home folks" - drop me a line if you have the time.
