Robert's Story
I graduated from Lanphier High School in 1963. What a Great class we had. After graduating from Lanphier, I spent two years at Springfield Junior College. I married another Lanphier graduate, Janice Ontis. I retired from the Union Laborer's Pension, Welfare and Annuity Funds in 2004. My wife, Janice, passed away in 2014 after a year long battle with cancer. She was a wonderful person, mother and wife. I mi...Expand for more
ss the time we spent together traveling, dining out, visiting friends and just enjoying each others company. Now, I spend time visiting my kids, grand kids and two great granddaughters. I also enjoy golfing and playing a little racquetball. A few of us 1963 graduates still get together, from time to time, for pizza and a 'cold one' at Gabatoni's in Springfield. We enjoy reminiscing about the good old times.
