Tom's Story

Life Not many of you will remember me. I transferred to Herndon in 1972. After graduation I attended the N.Y. State Maritime College. I graduated with a degree in meterology and a third mate's license. I went to sea onboard freighters and tankers for 17 years. The last 6 years that ...Expand for more
I was at sea - I sailed as captain of an ocean going tanker that traded around the world. Presently I work for a major oil company as a port captain. I am married and have an 18 year old daughter. She is graduating from high school this year. Hare to believe that time went by so fast!
