Tom's Story
Life
I'm an Independent film producer and
distributor. I live in New York City and
Sarasota Florida. As you may note I
changed my last name from GNIAZDOWSKI to
GARRETT. It is obvious why. I got tiried
of spelling my long last name. I Produce
films in the US, Mexico, france and the
UK. i'm also a commercial director
specializing in fashion and corporte
advertising. My clients include CHANEL,

IKE. My film work raginges from
action adventure films to dramas. I
work for MTV pictures, Miramax, New Line
Cinema etc...
I Call home NYC since 1980 where I went
to NYU Graduate Film school- though
after producing a French film in
sarasota florida - decided to have a
second home there.I spend 50% of the
year in beautiful Sarasota Florida. the
other 50% in
College
