Tom's Story
I am not a member of Classmates so don't try to contact me here, use my Facebook account under Thomas Jones Norwalk High class of '69.
I am currently semi-retired (I do some consulting work from time to time) and have been living in Gilbert Arizona for the past 5 years. I left California when I retired from Toshiba in Irvine after 20 years as VP of Engineering.
My wife and I just celebrated our 35 anniversary and we have two children (well now adults). One daughter who has her own CPA business and teaches accounting at ASU and one son who recently graduated from ASU with a BSME and works for Boeing in Mesa AZ. We still do not have and aren't ex...Expand for more
pecting any grandchildren for awhile.
My wife, my son, and I love to golf which is one of the reasons we moved to Arizona. My goal in life (being retired) is to become a scratch golfer (it may take awhile but it is fun trying to get there). As a complete family, we all love to travel. Our daughter just finished visiting her 40th country and as a family we have visited 20 of those. I still hold the record in the family with 56.
Unfortunately, I have not stayed in contact with many people from Norwalk. But, I do wish we could get together for a reunion at some point in time. I keep looking but never seem to see anyone from our class try to plan one.
