Tom's Story
I grew up in the log cabin my father built with his own hands near Buffalo Bayou in Houston... Yeah right, but I did grow up in Tanglewood not too far from Buffalo Bayou. After leaving Lee High School I went to Austin to go to UT. Hook em Horns!! Once I got to Austin I never left. Why leave paradise was my theory? I love the hills and the lakes.

l worker for several years in the areas of head injury recovery and the elderly.
I decided to swap the stress and lowpay of the social work field for the stress and highpay of the hightech field. At least now I can afford the therapy to deal with the stress :)
I work as a programmer and love it. I married a good old Houston gal - I married Hallie Duke - Dr Red Duke's daughter. We have two wonderful kids named Elizabeth and James.
