Tom's Story
Life
Graduated, went to Stanford, met a girl, got married, worked for a restaurant in L.A., worked for a lumber company in Seattle, then near Portland, went to Hiroshima, Japan as a missionary, back to Idaho, worked for my dad, had two kids, worked for Youth for Christ, went back to school, became a history teacher, moved to Vienna, Austria to teach, still there today.
College
Stanford U., tried to avoid majoring in Economics (too much like my dad), but failed, and graduated in Economics after all. Sang in a vocal group, started my own folk group, hung out at the beach, played a lot of frisbee, had a great time, actually did some work and learned a few things, met a girl, fell in love, graduated, got married.
Workplace
Graduated from College.

Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood
Export lumber trader - 1st in Seattle, then in Longview, WA - did this for three years, learned to speak Japanese and a lot more
Missionary work in Hiroshima, Japan - helped start a new church, which is still there today! Learned more Japanese, made some great friends, came back with some wild stories.
Atlas Building Center - manager for four years. Learned a whole heck of a lot, then we sold Atlas to Anderson Lumber, who sold it to Stock Building Supply.
Went back to school - teaching certificate from the U of I in Coeur d'Alene
Vienna Christian School - international school in Vienna, Austria. I teach U.S. history, government, economics, yearbook and rock music history. I have also taught world history and world geography. I'll probably actually retire as a teacher, either in Vienna or back in Coeur d'Alene.
