Dr. Tom's Story
Tom's schools include Washington High School. He later graduated from Northeast Missouri State University (BSE, 1971: Art Education); Southwest Missouri State University (MsEd, Elementary School Administration, 1979 and SpEd 1983 Elementary School Supervision & Administration; University of Missouri-Columbia (Mizzou), where he earned his PhD, 1988 in General School Administration and Supervision. He also continues oil painting and charcoal drawing and has shown his work in several competitive art shows.
