Tom's Story
After High School, I gave OU a shot but decided I would rather see the world, so in Feb 74, I joined the Air Force as an aircraft mechanic. In 78, I became a C-141 Flight Engineer. What a great way to see the world. When I retired, I worked for several cargo airlines flying the DC-10 and B747. I left my last B747 job at the end of 2011, after living for 4 years in Dubai, UAE.
At the beginning of 2102, I began working in Kabul, Afghanistan...Expand for more
for the Department of State. I'm flying for a small airline we call Embassy Air. We fly the US Ambassador along with Embassy personal around Afghanistan. It proves to be interesting every day.
I became a single person again in 2014. When you do what I do for a living, its understandable.
