Tom's Story

I grew up in Martinez, CA., the second of nine children. I attended St. Catherine of Siena Elementary School, then 2 years at Salesian High in Richmond ('64-'66). I graduated in 1968 from Alhambra High School in Martinez. I attended Maryknoll College in Glen Ellyn, IL, for 3 years, 1968-71. I attended U. of San Francisco (USF) from '71-'75, where I graduated with a Bacheor's of Science in Nursing. I have been a registered nurse (RN) since 1975. I ...Expand for more
spent many years doing emergency dept nursing. I was a paramedic instructor for 2 year: great job! In 1987, I began my career as a nursing instructor; I have been at the same college ever since (22+ years). In 1989, I married Susan Reeves. We have 2 children, Katie and Natalie. I received my Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) 2010 Jan. from Case Western Reserve U. in Cleveland. Would love to be in contact with other former classmates and friends!

The Pegasus technician explained that the rocket was attached along this long shaft with hooks.  The black border reduced the air flow over the rocket and prevented in-flight rocket movement.

The Mojave Air and Space Port is one of 5 officially designated commercial space ports in the US.  Sixteen companies are located here.  It is home to companies such as Masten Space Systems (Winner of the XPRIZE), and Burt R
Natalie standing with other athletes who received the "Sportmanship/Citizenship Award" from the Athletic Department.  Natalie had already received the "Most Inspirational Gymnast" from her Varsity Gymnastics team members.
