I wrote to Jane Woodward who responded to a note I sent here on this site and told me about here life, so this is what I wrote this back. I decided it was okay, so pasted it in here. We were talking about Lloyd Stephenson, my best friend in High School, and I was telling her about an adventure we had in Costa Rica. We went on a tropical adventure with Lloyd, his 13 year old daughter and his wife Judy in 2001 to an off the grid, bamboo house along the SW coast of Costa Rica close to Panama. Monkeys and McCaws, bats and mosquitoes flowed by this house on stilts (to keep the snakes and ants out). My wife and I love off-the-beaten-path natural vacations like this in culturally diverse places, so dug it alot but it was way out there for Judy and the daughter and they barely survived mentally.
