Tom's Story
Howdy! Falls Church HS (VA) thru '63, Capitol Page School (DC) '64, College of William & Mary '68 (Govt). Joined the Navy. Flew the A-7 and F/A-18 off various aircraft carriers, then defense acquisition stuff. Retired-USN '92. "2nd career" with Northrop Grumman - tactical radar development. Retired again May 2011 and have never looked back. Married Gail Lebbon, FCHS '66 (she passed away in July 2017); 3 fun daughters: '73, '75, '78. Have lived...Expand for more
in Burke VA since '86. Plan to stick around here, although also have a little getaway down on Lake Gaston (VA-NC line). SKI LKG! (Jet ski, that is.....) Four grand-kids who are hilarious: 2 local and 2 in the CO Rockies - have an annual ski-pass to Keystone. No injuries so far. 2012, took the plunge and bought a little Allegro LSA. Out of LKG, able to get to both the mountains and coast in an hour. Quite fun! Say hello if you've got a moment.
