Tommy's Story

I like to think I'm pretty much the same person I was in high school, with a few exceptions. I think when you become a parent it changes the way you feel about a lot of things, but my son still tells me "you're pretty cool" for an old dude.I've been married to my wife Kim for 17 years this July. We have one son,Dillon age 13. I work for a production services company on a oil&gas platform in the gulf of mexico, just south of New Orleans. I work as a production operator 7days on and 7off. I really like my job, except for being gone every other week. I think I still get to spend more time with my...Expand for more
family than most. Kim works part time at a drugstore, and Dillon is a 7th grader at New Hebron Attendance Center. I moved from Jackson in 1986 to NewHebron, where my family is originally from, and where I lived before moving to Jackson in the 2nd grade. I loved growing up in good ol' south Jackson,it was a great place to be a kid.I always knew I wanted to be back in the country, so when I got the chance to move back I jumped on it and this is where I've been ever since. That is the reason I have lost contact with so many of my friends. I'm looking forward to the reunion, hope to see you there.
