Toni's Story
Howdy! . Well, this will be a short version of the MANY past years and am very willing to elaborate if you ask. I have been an RN since 1973, I have done broken bones and bruised brains, chemotherapy and cancer care,. Whelp, now, 2019, I have been working with NW Kaiser for the past two years as a Home Health Nurse which has been fun but with hard work since patients are leaving the hospitals with higher acuities these days. Driving from one place to another I find myself singing at the top of my lungs to Journey and the Doobie Brothers! I lived just out of Washington, D.C. for awhile and living in Oregon since '89, first Bend and now the Portland area, has been absolutely wonderful and has afforded me and my horse many adventurous rides. been blessed with so many wonderful experiences which has taken me to other countries in the world. I have also been "blessed" with injuries and near death experiences, (rock climbing, white water canoeing....) but have had a great time of living this life. Married twice and have been single for about 25 years. No children but a horse and dog . By the way, one of my excursions afforded me a ride on the Concorde! I have recently decided to sign up for an Audubon trip to Costa Rica in February of 2020. Yahoo! 2020 ; Went on the Costa Rican trip and saw over 200 bird species and so many were beautifully colored. We were lucky enough to see two toed and three toed sloths.
