Tonia's Story
After graduating from high school, I went to Trenton State College where I met my husband, Joe Scelfo. I was a high school English teacher at Westwood HS, and after we moved to the shore area, I taught at Wall HS. I had two children, a boy and a girl, and eight years later returned to Wall HS, again teaching English and I later became a guidance counselor. I retired in '06. Both of my children are married. r knew); he has been married for two years to Delayne Pasquariello, one of my former counselees, who is now an auditor with KPMG. Tonia, our 30 year old daughter, married Scott Cleveland , also a graduate of Wall HS, in '05. He is a pilot with the Air Force reserve, refueling other planes. He's been to Iraq, Afganistan, and may return to the latter next year. Tonia taught elementary school for eight years, and they are expecting their first child (and our first grandson) any day now. We are ecstatic!
