Tonja's Story
Married John David Moore (Barboursville class 1987) in 1990. Traveled many placed w/ my husband while he was in the Air Force (Panama, Central America; Montgomery, Alabama; San Antonio, Texas; Tucson, Arizona; etc...) for 10 years. Completed my undergraduate degree & Internship & practiced as a Consulting Registered Dietitian around West Virginia for 1 year. I have since completed by graduate studies in Dietetics and I am now working for the Chillicothe VA Medical Center as the Acting Chief of Food and Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition Manager, Registered Dietitian. dren ages, 4, 6, & 14 years old. Recent loss of my 2 nephews in December (Christopher and David Adkins) has really been hard on our family (and especially my sister Devona) but would like to thank all of Salt Rock, Barboursville, and other communities for all their support to our family through this time. It was seeing everyone come together that really makes me miss being back in West Virginia and our little town. There is not one place that I have lived in that compares to where I came from (and I will never forget where I have come from). Looking to reconnect w/ friends on here. Many of you have moved away also.
