Tony's Story
Life
I'm married to a wonderful woman (20+ years now), who I met while serving in the Navy. We live in the Northern Virginia area.
College
After high school:
Went to Wingate University and studied Political Science. I left at the end of my junior year and joined the Navy. I served 11 years as an Aircrew Survival Equipmentman. I served during the Gulf War and in other military actions around the world. Returned home and graduated from Strayer University (Magna Cum Laude) with a B.S. in Business Administration. I also received my M.B.A. from Strayer University with a speciality in Human Resource Management.
Workplace

me the Vice President of Marketing for Metters Industries, Inc. in McLean, VA. then the Vice President of Operations and Professional Services for the Millennium Group Intl., a Washington, D.C. and Dubai based multi national company. I spent time traveling around the world living out of a suitcase, spending the majority of my time in the Middle East.
After returning home, I accepted a position with the federal government as an advisor to the Associate Administrator at the General Services Administration (GSA) here in Washington, DC. Here my focus is advising the Administration on issues relating to veteran small business and overall business development.
Military
Served 11 years total and held assisgnments both ashore (in the U.S. and overseas) and onboard ship. I served onboard the USS America and the USS Independence.
