ed 3 times from IU, BA, MS, and Ed.S. I am retired after serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Schools in Frankfort. I've been a teacher in Gary and vice-principal at Hobart and Lafayette Jeff. I used to write news for an ABC affiliate. Liked that too! Still play guitar, fingerstyle. I am a pilot and fly single engine planes...usually from the Purdue airport. I keep bees and chickens just for fun!! I used to run marathons with my wife, but time has taken a toll on these old bones. I communicate with and regularly visit elderly 1st cousins in southern Italy. They don't speak English. Fortunately I still remember the old dialect my grandmother used when I was a child. I visit my ancestral village in southern Italy every summer.
