Tonya's Story
Hi all Greenon graduates and their families. I grew up on East Jackson Rd. I lived in between the Millers and the bailey. Chris Bailey and rusty Miller were like two more brothers. I lived on that street for 17 years. I drove by it the other day and it was like a heartbreak. Homes that were like my second was gone. Well still standing, but empty. It was as if my heart was broken. It is a reminder of how life changes and moves on even when we don't want it to. I wish I would of spent more time keeping in touch with those of you from Greenon. I was however, a women that thought school was a waste of time and money was were it was at. So work came at a young age for me and took me to other places!...Expand for more
If you knew me I was one of those who thought school was just a big game. I had fun and that is what I was there for. I left Springfield in 86 and moved to Columbus and became a Supervisor for medical billing with Workman's Comp.
I have two boys Sonny 29 and Jason 21. I have three grandchildren Taylor Ann 10 Lilyonna 7 and Liston Alias Kane 6 who is going to be the next Babe Ruth..lol At least his grandma thinks so. I have been very blessed in my life with friends and great memories of my younger years. I have enjoyed life to its fullest and intend to keep doing just that.
Well that's enough must go and play with my dogs.
