Tonya's Story
Life
I spent 25 years in the U.S. Navy, and retired from the Navy as a Captain in 2003. I was a widow at that time, after my husband of 17 years died in 1998. I married a man from the Dallas, Texas, area in 2004. We are settled on 8 acres just south of Dallas.
I would be very interested in hearing from anyone I've know from High school, college, or the Navy.
Does anyone from the Shidler High school know if there is a reunion planned at any time for the class of 1972?

be the Commanding Officer of Naval Station Ingleside from 2001 to 2003. We had to beef up security quite a bit due to 9/11. I know many of those security members were from Texas, and I was wondering if any lived near me -- in the Dallas area. I'd love to hear from any of the civilians still working there or hear from anyone about the status of the base.
Now I have turned my hobby into a small business. I have a small quilt shop and teach a lot of quilting classes.
Looking forward to hearing from anyone in my past.
