Life
I've been married since 1992 to my (sorry for the cliche',but it's true) best friend, Dave. I still look forward to seeing him everyday and hearing his voice on the phone. We have two kids. Our daughter, Taylor, is 13 and our son, Logan, is 10 (and a half, if you ask him - remember how important those halves were?). We live in Yorba Linda. We have two cats (had a dog, but she got old & sick a couple years ago).
For those of you who knew them, my parents live in Scottsdale, AZ. They love it there! I'm kind of attracted to it, too, except for the heat-thing (of course, it's ...Expand for more
feeling alot more like Arizona around here lately, so it might not be that different).
I'm a stay-at-home mom and homeschooling Taylor through Jr.High (Logan will still go to private school until he reaches Jr.High). I NEVER thought I would do this, but the Lord really put it on my heart and I've heard that if you only homeschool kids for a short time, Jr.High is the most important period in their lives. Logan is going in fifth grade, so I'll get one year break before it's his turn. I'm actually pretty excited to see how it all goes, and to have a special time w/ each of them.
