Thanx to Classmates.com I've been able to contact some of the bestest friends from San Ramon. I was only there for 2 yrs, but each and everyone of the one's I've made contact with still have an impact in my life. I remember being happy there... Just plain happy. I've also made contact with the few that I met out here in Mo. I keep it narrowed here, things were not as happy here, as they were when I was a real kid.
I've scaled down on my pets. Now I have just 2 dogs. One is part Lab and Akita (sp?) mix, with some Malimute. The other is a Maltese. I have an Iguana, she's between 3-4 feet long now... and has me trained quite well, as do my dogs.
I have a son, he'll be 18 soon. I really don't know much about him, as he is/was, has been kidnapped by a former sister, Gracan, not Stacey. I've recently located "them", and have the backing of NCMEC to assist me. FYI, should any of you be going thru the same thing, the Parent has until the child is the age of 25 to go back and file Criminal Charges,,, This I intend to do. d pre-teens that like to spend time here. I've not grown up all the way, so we all have a good time. In the summer and spring, we spend time backroading. I don't always participate in Holidays, as they can be a sad reminder of what I'm missing with my son. I try to stay busy, but in a town this size, there's not a whole lot to do with free time. I have a neuro-muscular disease that does prevent me from having fun now and then, but when I have my good days, I make sure I have a GOOD day. I'm happily divorced, I believe going on 15 yrs... who keeps count.
Dating doesn't seem to be much of an interest for me, "they're all the same" or "how can I re-learn to share my life" in a real relationship. ME, having to answer to someone, I don't think so. I like it the way it is now,,,, I do what I want, when I want and how I want. Call me selfish or satisfied. The pets are more loyal anyway, and they don't tell your secrets !
This is my life so far at the age of 40. Yeah, ouch, 40!
I have a step granddaughter, she knows me as an Aunt, she's 3 and adorable !
Hopefully, I'll have a brighter bio soon.. Let's just wait and see.
