Hi there! First of all, I can't believe it's been 20 years! I'm still somewhat in denial... After high school I went to good ol' UofI in Champaign. I was faced with some financial aid problems my junior year and ended up coming home after 2-1/2 years. I got a full-time job as a receptionist for an insurance company and went to Harper four nights a week. That wore on me very quickly and was the last time I attended school full-time. Later that year I met my now husband, John, and we were married in 1993. I wasn't quite sure what career path I wanted. I did attend the Willowbrook Massage Training Institute for about six months, but stopped going after I had my daughter, Jessica. The drive was too far and the classes too expensive at the time. I finally got off my rear and went back to school and received my BSBA in Business Management in 2005 from Roosevelt University in Schaumburg. Best thing I ever did.
