Trisha's Story
Life
I'll skip over the first twelve years after high school and go to the year I turned 30, which was the year my life took a amazing turn that led me to Arizona and the beginning of the best years of my life so far! It's still hard to say I am over thirty, well now thirty seven! ouch! Anyway, in August 2001, I moved from Ann Arbor to Scottsdale, Arizona, met my now husband Jeff and today live with our 2 year old son, Miles Henry and our two dogs. I am a stay at home mom after working straight out of High School, through the University of Michigan and most recently for General Electric Capital as a Vice President. I now volunteeer as the Arizona state Rescue Coordinator for the Vizsla Club of America (the breed of dog that owns us:-) and love being a mom for the first time. My parents still live in Michigan with one of the twins, Garrett, in Mesick, Michigan. The other twin brother, Grant, moved to Arizona last year. My sister Kelley is married with two kids and lives in Naples Florida. My dad moved to Naples last year t...Expand for more
o be near them since my Grandpa Jung died. My Grandma Macy passed away in August 2000 so the only family left living in Garden City is my aunt and uncle, Dennis and Donna Macy.
Life has been very good to me and has given me so many great opportunities. I worked hard, played hard and lived a little, traveling around the country for eight years as a commercial loan officer for an Ann Arbor company, then was recruited by GE Capital. I left GE in October 2003 to consult and when our son was born eight weeks premature, decided to "retire" for a little while to really be able to help him grow and thrive. Miles Henry was born 11/21/04 at 3.12oz. He is now 23 pounds and doing so well, he jsut started part time pre-school. I am not sure what I did to deserve the wonderful life I have but I am very grateful and say a little prayer every day for all I have. I hope whomever reads this will get in touch with me. I missed everyone after returning from Europe and starting college at U of M and have thought about so many of you often!
