Troy grew up in Burnet Texas, then moved to Carlsbad and is now Living in Bellingham, Washington. He has been married to Joanne Varney for 21 years. His schools include Burnet Intemediate School, Burnet High School and later moving to Carlsbad New Mexico and Graduated from Carlsbad High School.
