Trulesta's Story

Presently, I live in Maryland with my husband of 28 years and my son who is twenty-five. I've been a federal employee for twenty years and will be eligible to retire in twelve years. Currently, I work for the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Congressional Relations Officer. My job keeps me busy and current on political affairs. My husband is retired from the Air Force after twenty years. We've lived in Maryland for eights years. His tour of duty took us all over the United States. We lived in Illinois, Texas,Florida, Washington, DC and California. I enjoyed our militray lifestyle and have a heart for all veterans and their famiies. I pray for our soliders overseas and their families and hope they return home safely. My Mom and Dad still lives in Wende...Expand for more
ll, NC. They are in their seventies now. I visit my mom probably four times a year. Normally when I come home I'm normally there for the weekend or four days at the most. Most of the time I'm helping my Mom or Dad and trying to catch up with family. When my husband and I retire from working we're planning to move back to N.C. His family is from Winston-Salem so I suspect we'll be moving some where between Raleigh and Winston-Salem. I'm definitely looking forward to it. If any of my friends which to contact me they can send a message. Hope to hear from someone soon. I signed up for the three month deal, hopefully this short time will put me back in touch with classmates. Oh yeah, I hear they're trying to demolish Vaiden whitley, so sad. Tru (Holden) Pauling
