Tyson's Story
Life
After graduating high school in 1993, I attended Cowley County Community College for 1 year in criminal justice, while participating on the cheer squad. I moved to Amarillo, Texas in 1994 and worked there for 3 years as a security officer and private investigator. I married in 1997 and moved back to Kansas. We had a son in 1998, and began working in El Dorado at the El Dorado Correctional Facility where I am still employed at today. We had our second son in 2002, and moved my wife and children to El Dorado from Wellington to be closer to my employment. We had our third son in 2004, and our daughter in 2006. trying to hire on with the Wellington Police Department. My wife and I seperated in August of 2007. I gained custody of our 4 children in December of 2007, and currently live back in Wellington, raising my children with the help of family. My faith is in God. Life has had many potholes and hard knocks I will not post, but the Lord has definately placed me under his lamp, and I'm content to remain here until it is time to enter the next tunnel. I one day hope to travel to the lands of my heritage, including Scotland, Ireland, France, England, and Germany.
