Ulric's Story
Life
As of 14 Jun 2008:
Retired from Army in 1997 after 22 years. Married for 30+ years to a woman (Mi Son) who is my strength. Currently living in Severn, Maryland. Son Ricky (29) is married and in the Air Force. He and his wife Jamie gave us a beautiful baby grand daughter (Olivia) in January 2005. Daughter Michelle (24) is a graduate of Florida State and currently works for the state of Florida in Tallahassee. She plans on getting married in Aug 08.

Where He Leads Us
Along life's journey we look for ways
To chose a path to better days
We find each other in times of need
Not knowing exactly just how to proceed
We share a look, a laugh, some smiles
Treasured memories that will last for miles
We fall, we stumble, mistakes we make
And sometimes needlessly a heart we break
But in our youth we failed to see
The bigger plans outlined by Thee
We only knew we had drifte...Expand for more

Thoughts unfinished left in the gray
So out we go to encounter life
We try so hard to avoid all strife
And with His guidance we're soon to learn
Why He had us take that turn
Where He leads us
We did not know
Where He leads us
In times we grow
Where He leads us
Until the end
Where He leads us
To call you friend
In His wisdom He showed the way
And lead us to those we love today
We grew in His spirit and began to see
Why it was he had set us free
We learned to love and we learned to grow
In our children's faces we began to know
And looking back upon that date
We now know why He chose that fate
The time has come and it's now okay
To reach back and to cherish those days
Reflecting on them who could have guessed
That we could be so rightly Blessed
Brought back together after so many years
We reminisce and we shed some tears
For in His Judgement He knows Just ends
It is that we should become best friends
