Valentina's Story
I have lived. I have loved. I have cried. I have laughed. I have lived a full life for which I am so grateful. Those of you who have touched my life have shaped it and will always be in my heart. You know who you are. Friends from long ago. The happiest days, the innocence in the midst of it all.
Let's take the time to be thankful for all we have and pray for those who don't.
Let's make an effort to share in our fortune with those less fortunate.
Let's make a commitment to be more responsible in our finances and how we treat the environment.
Let's have a positive attitute that assumes responsibility for our actions.
Let's start off the year treating our peers fairly and respectfully.
Let's make a promise to ourselves to be the best that we can be and keep that promise.
Let's live, love, laugh.
Then:
College
electrical engineering... Since then...I have steered away from the sciences and enjoy the outdoors more. I still don't know what I'll be when I grow up. I want to make a difference and hope to get everyone around me involved in the process--we can start by recycling...Expand for more
everything that is recycleable and being more responsible in our consumption...We can all make a difference one at a time.
Party animal-I would never miss a party and went clubbing at least 2x/week.
Now:.
I have four beautiful children. I own a honda civic and rent a larger vehicle for family outings--better for the environment, particularly if car pooling is not an option.
I am very blessed. I am spoiled...but very low maintenance.
I do not waste and choose how I spend my money carefully.
I am very grateful for all God has given me: health-me & fam, financial stability & I know it sounds cocky-but those who know me will agree: above average intelligence(ha ha).
I have still not grown up.
I have become very sensitive and cry when I hear a sad or romantic story--must be hormonal! Hope I am hitting menopause!!!
I do love my gadgets-most women get jewelry for their birthday-I get a new laptop...
My passion: my kids, jewelry making--always trying new things...
I do live a very quiet happy life. Some may say boring-but, as we get older-boring is a bliss.
