Valerie's Story
Well I was one of the kids from the base and then my father was stationed to Viet nam and we came to NM for 13 months then went to Beale AFB Calif. . I met my ex husband prior to that and I returned here to live with my grandmother until my father retired. I finished my junior and senior year here in Albuq. I fell in love with the diverse culture Albuquerque had to offer. Also the warmth of place to call home. I finished school married the following Dec. at 18 then stayed married for 30 yrs we were together 4 1/2 yrs before that so I served a 34 yr hard time sentence. I had 3 children Letisha Marie , Cheryl Lynette, and Charles Nathaniel. They are good kids, my son has a boy CJ 7and his girl is Jaelyn,4 they own my heart. perfecto an extremly rare bone dis order. He sure was a cutie and ever so smart, we still can't get over his departure. I divorced shortly after my 30th anniversery in 2006 , long story short he was a cheat. So I began life again. Dating a wonderful man 13 yrs my junior but he is great and not to bad on the eyes. I have worked with the Developmentally Disabled and Frail Elderly for 19 yrs and was self employed as a grommer for 9. I currently am just enjoying my life and having a damn good time.I sing with bands and tend bar what a change. I loved Knob Noster and have been in touch with lost friends via Face Book. My favorite best friend I located now lives in New York, Debbie Chain Paige. I hope to someday make a visit to Knob just to see it again. And Debbie and I are trying to arrange a visit for her here in NM. Well thats about all . C ya
