Valerie's Story
Well...I have accomplished alot in my life but the one thing that I am most proud of are my children. I have Two amazing, beautiful kids (Courtney 17 & Trevor 14) who keep me very busy! They are and have always been very involved in sports and various school activities. They are my life! I got married at 20 (too young) to a wonderful man. It lasted 6 years and we divorced. However, he is still my bestest friend in the world. I recently went to my 20th class reunion and had a wonderful time! Everyone looked so good and it was wonderful for the soul to see old faces again. I still keep in touch with alot of friends and I have made many new friendships over the years! I am blessed with good health, good family and good friends! I am a person of integrity and morales! I am a very honest person! I believe that is the ONLY way to be and I detest a liar more than anything. I love life even during the crazie...Expand for more
st and saddest times there are and have ever been. I love to laugh and it has been the best medicine for me over the years! I have a few regrets in my life and I have learned from every mistake I have made. I try and see the good in everyone. I beleive it is there! I'm pretty positive most of the time! I love to cook and entertain people. It makes me happy to see others happy :) I love to eat Sushi!!! I have wonderful memories (mostly) & I am looking forward to making a new beautiful history with the ones I love! Life is way too short! I think people need to keep that in mind and either "Get busy living or Get busy dieing"! A quote from one of my favorite films: Shawshank Redemption. After all, we are all here on loan and we need to make the most of it! Life has been an adventure for me. Good & bad. I think that I have made the most of the cards that I have been delt so far.
